What data we process and why

The data you send us through the contact form (name, email, company, phone if you provide it and your message), solely to answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal.

Legal basis

Your consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

How long

As long as needed to handle your enquiry and at most two years from the last contact, unless it becomes a contractual relationship.

Who else sees it

We do not share your data with third parties. The form is sent through Formspree, which acts as data processor.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of, or request portability of your data by writing to info@nexotechlabs.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

This is a translation; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
